The Ottawa City Commission will hold its Weekly Study Session this afternoon. There are several items on the agenda, including a Proclamation of Juneteenth, the day in 1865 when Union General Granger arrived in Galveston bearing a message of freedom for the slaves there.
One other item on the Agenda is a discussion of 911 services from the County, Ottawa City Manager Richard Nienstedt:
