Bike Across Kansas will be making a stop in Ottawa, Friday, June 17, 2022. One local business has played a big part in the success of many of the riders and making sure they have what they need, mechanically, to finish the ride. Jeff Carrol is the owner of Ottawa Bike and Trail. He explains:
The 600 plus riders will start coming into Ottawa mid- to late-afternoon Friday. There is a huge Downtown Block Party planned from 3:00 to 5:00 in Downtown Ottawa and a free Travis Marvin concert in Legacy Square at 6:00. The public is invited to come mingle with the riders and show them Ottawa is supportive of their efforts.
