Vyve Internet and Cable customers in Ottawa have experienced multiple and extended outages the past several weeks and many have complained to to the Ottawa City Commission and asked for an explanation. Vyve Representative, Levy Cox, says a major labor shortage, along with a few other factors, has extended their intended upgrade, but he told the Ottawa City Commission that relief is in sight, possible by the end of the month:
Cox says they have sub contracted with a company out of Illinois to correct the problem and would rather take a little longer and have it done right, than have it rushed and still have problems a couple months down the line.
