Franklin County is discussing the next budget for the Emergency Dispatch Center. The City of Ottawa pays a good chunk of the overall budget, but County Clerk Janet Paddock told the Ottawa City Commission that County Administrator Derek Brown is working on another city to pitch in:
Paddock also told the Commission that if all goes right, the City of Ottawa could be receiving a rebate for money not used in next years budget.
