The Ottawa City Commission will hold its weekly Study Session today, Monday, June 20. One item on the Agenda is a proposed duplex at 809 South Willow. The Planning Commission, after hearing neighbors concerns about the duplex, voted to recommend it not be built; however, Ottawa City Manager Richard Nienstedt says the final decision is up to the City Commission:
Other items include the Annual City Audit and talk of vacating Setback Lines at the Coves.
The Study will be at 4:00 this afternoon, Monday, June 20th, at City Hall. It will also be live-streamed on the City of Ottawa’s Facebook page.
