The City of Ottawa is still finalizing a list of projects to be funded by Federal Funds through the American Rescue Plan. Ottawa Finance Director, Melanie Landis, says she hopes to have a somewhat final list in a few weeks:
Landis says it’s important to understand all the regulations and procedures required by the Federal Government in taking advantage of the program.
