The Primary Election coming up on August 2nd, is not your normal primary; with the Supreme Courts ruling today, it’s huge. There is a very important proposed Amendment to the Kansas Constitution on the ballot that regards abortion in our state. Franklin County Clerk, Janet Paddock, encourages everyone to educate themselves on the Amendment and the candidates running for office:
