An exchange of views between Ottawa Library Staff and a home school group about reading materials came up for discussion at the latest Ottawa Library Board of Trustees Meeting. Board member, Lindsey Humphrey also helps with issues with home schoolers. She told the Library Trustees that she doesn’t want any problems between home schoolers and library staff:

In other business, discussions continued on using a company called Swanson House on doing a Bond Issue for the new library. Chartier also reported that Summer Reading is going strong and the library had 170 people turn our for Movie Night, the largest crowd ever.
