It’s that time of year and people all across the nation are proclaiming themselves Grill Masters and plan on grilling up all kinds of tasty things for the holiday weekend. USDA’s Gary Crawford, with some reminders for the Kings of the Grill:

If the temperature is above 90 degrees, that time goes down to one hour. Don’t forget, washing your hands after handling raw meat is another very important safety tip.
