Franklin County Landfill fee increases have been approved by the county Commission. Public Works Director, David Lee, listed some of the proposed increases:
Tires go from $2.50 to $3.50, truck tires increase from $7.00 to $8.00 per ton and tractor tires go from $25.00 to $30.00 each.
