The Ottawa City Commission has some big decisions to make at its next regular meeting and it has to do with the 2023 Budget. Ottawa Finance Director, Melanie Landis, told commissioners they will have to decide on whether the City will exceed the Revenue Neutral Rate:
The City Commission is expected to make the Revenue Neutral Rate decision at their meeting tomorrow morning. KOFO will air that meeting live, starting at 10:00 in the morning.
