Inmates at the Franklin County Jail have a little extra benefit to keep things on an even keel. Sheriff Jeff Richards says inmates have especially requested one perk:
Richards says another thing vital for peace in the jail is good food. Although the price is going up, food quality must be maintained to keep inmates peaceful.
