when the Kansas Supreme Court ruled that the Kansas Constitution held an inherent right to have n abortion, Kansas Legislators went to work and drafted an Amendment to the Kansas Constitution that basically lets Kansas voters decide about the issue. That question is on the August 2nd Primary Election. Kansas Senator, Caryn Tyson, has this to say about the abortion controversy:
The Primary on August 2nd is open to all voters. Those voters not affiliated with the Republicans or Democrats, will receive a ballot with just the “Value Them Both” Amendment question on it.
