The Ottawa Planning Commission has finally given the thumbs-up to a proposed housing project generally located at 1001 West Wilson Street. The project would create up to 16 residential lots, but had been delayed a few weeks due to some confusion about setback requirements. After lengthy discussions, Planning Commission Chair, Cal Lantis, asked for a motion to approve provided certain conditions are met:
The Planning Commission recommended approval on a 4-0 vote. The matter now goes to the City Commission for final action.
