The Ottawa City Commission has approved hiring a consultant to help in applying for the Moderate Income Housing Grant Program. Ottawa Community Development Director, Michael Hall, says using a consultant will improve the city’s chances of receiving a Grant:
The City Commission voted unanimously to approve the consultant agreement with the Southeast Kansas Regional Planning Commission.
