Franklin County has to decide what to do with $5 million in Federal American Recovery Act Plan, or ARPA Funds. To help manage the funds and keep up to date on questions and deadlines, County Administrator, Derek Brown, would like to hire a Risk Management Firm, Witt O’Brien.
