There’s a new Kansas law that should make it easier for those who homeschool, but still want to take advantage of certain parts of public education. Ottawa School Superintendent, Dr. Ryan Cobbs, gave an update:
Cobbs also says schools, in general, cannot take surveys of students without parental consent. There are a few exceptions, such as gauging students’ outlook on higher education.
