Now that Franklin County is, for the most part, fully staffed, now it becomes a battle to keep the staff. County Administrator, Derek Brown, says there are plenty of outsiders wanting to pluck off county employees:
Brown says he cannot give specific examples, but trying to keep current employees from jumping ship for somewhere else is proving to quite a challenge.
