The Ottawa Swimming Pool is in fairly good condition, as least in terms of staffing, if not the facility itself. Ottawa Recreation Commission Executive Director, Levi Meyer, told the City Commission, that unlike other places they have enough lifeguards:
City Commissioner Sara Caylor, gave a brief history of the swimming pool and, she is pushing for action on building a new one.
