The Linn County Fair is underway. Yesterday entries and judging took place for Foods and Nutrition, Photography, Visual Arts, and Fiber Arts, along with all Open Class Exhibits took place. That was followed by the 4-H Sheep Show.
Today, the goats take center stage with weigh in this morning and the Goat Show at 6:00 this evening. Also today, all Open Class Exhibits will be entered as well as all other non-livestock Exhibits will be judged. Tomorrow, Wednesday, August 10, the fair goes to the pigs as the swine check in. Also, the Bucket Calf interviews and Showmanship, along with the Open Class Dairy Show and the Swine Show. Events and activities are happening every day this week, all culminating Friday and Saturday with the PRCA Sanctioned Rodeo. Head on down to Mound City for the Linn County Fair.
