Whenever there is a Minor Exception requested from County Zoning requirements, should the Zoning Director have the power to make decisions? Franklin County Administrator, Derek Brown apparently thinks so. He gave the example of setback requirements:
County Commissioners asked Brown to come up with possible language to allow the Zoning Director to make small exceptions. The Proposal will be reviewed at a future meeting.
