A 59-year old Tucson, Arizona man is dead after a single-vehicle motorcycle accident on I-35, Wednesday afternoon August 17th. Michael Kuykendall was traveling northbound on I-35 just before 3:00, on a Harley Davidson motorcycle when he left the roadway for an unknown reason, and entered the east ditch. He attempted to return to the highway, overcorrected, causing the motorcycle to slide on its right side before coming to a rest.
He wasn’t wearing a helmet. The accident occurred near the 178.2 mile marker at about a half mile north of Rock Creek Road.
