The Ottawa City Commission will hold their Weekly Study Session this afternoon, Monday, August 22. One item on the Agenda, as it has been for several weeks, is the 2023 Budget. Finance director Melanie Landis will lead the discussion. City Manager, Richard Nienstedt, says a big meeting about the budget is coming up soon:
Other items on the Agenda include adding properties to the Neighborhood Revitalization Program and voting delegates for the League of Kansas Annual Conference.
The Study will begin at 4:00 this afternoon at City Hall. The public is welcome and it will be live-streamed on the City of Ottawa’s Facebook page.
