Some of the problems that some people feared would happen at Legacy Square, has happened. Ottawa City Manager, Richard Nienstedt, says the restrooms at Legacy are off limits:
Nienstedt says it’s especially ironic that a facility paid for by taxpayers, is off limits to taxpayers… at least the restroom part of it.
