The City of Ottawa is getting serious about the perennial interest in having an aquatic center. City Manager, Richard Nienstedt, says right now he would like to concentrate on a splash park:
Nienstedt says he wants to bring in an engineer to begin getting some design ideas so the City Commission might have something firm to consider in both the project and the cost of the project.
