Labor Day, just a few months ago it seemed so far away, Summer was just beginning. As we head into the unofficial end of Summer, City Manager Richard Nienstedt, has a reminder for everyone:
A reminder that the Ottawa Fourth of July fireworks display that was cancelled back in July, will be held Sunday night at dusk.
