The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a woman from Rantoul. Fifty eight year old Stephanie Turner was reported missing by her daughter Alicia Turner yesterday, Tuesday, September 6th.
Stephanie is five foot one inch tall, 220 pounds with red hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing red pants and a black tank top. She was last seen September 2nd, leaving her residence in southeastern Franklin County, without a cell phone and left in a silver 2005 Chrysler Town & Country Minivan with Kansas Disabled License Plate C8268.
