Franklin County Commissioners heard an earful at their Budget Hearing Wednesday night. One audience member, Terese Loffman, confronted Commissioner Ianne Dickinson:
In the end, the Commission approved the 2023 Budget as Published, which amounts to around $17.5 million dollars. That’s up over $400,000 from the 2022 Budget.
