The Franklin County Sheriff’s Training Facility is the site of some training sessions that draws people from near and far. Sheriff Jeff Richards told the county Commission about one recent event:
Richards says officers from the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center in Hutchinson have also used the facility for training sessions.
