The need for helping children in some kind of trouble is probably greater than you think. That appears to be one takeaway from an update given to the Franklin County commission. Haley Harshaw is Executive Director of the Court Appointed Special Advocate for the 4th Judicial District. She told Commissioners there are a lot of children in need of help right here:
