AT THE OTTAWA CITY COMMISSION STUDY SESSION, COMMISSIONER MIKE SKIDMORE NOTED THAT IT SEEMS THAT THE CITY HAS A LOT OF MONEY IN THEIR CHECKING ACCOUNT. HE SAYS IT WOULD PAY BETTER IF MORE MONEY WAS MOVED TO A SAVINGS ACCOUNT
