Last year, Kalmar Truck in Ottawa made the finals list of the Coolest Things Made In Kansas. This year, they were eliminated before the final rounds. The Kansa Manufacturing Council has announced the eight products in the final round of the annual contest. The are in head to head matchups, with the winners moving on. This years matchups include the zero turn riding mower by Grasshopper, out of Moundridge verses hand crafted artisan chocolates from Wichita. The second matchup is Custom Curb Rollers made in Fairview, versus peanut M&M’s made in Topeka. The third match is Saw Haul Carriers from Chanute, taking on Terramac Crawler from Topeka and finally, Heirloom Rockers made in Jetmore, takes on the Conquistador Wheel Corral from Montezuma.
