ATTENDANCE AT THE OTTAWA MEMORIAL AUDITORIUM IS UP…WAY UP OVER LAST YEAR. OTTAWA MAYOR ERIC CROWLEY COMMENTED ON THE ATTENDANCE LEVELS AT THIS WEEK’S STUDY SESSION.
THE PAST TWO YEARS, DURING THE PANDEMIC, AUDITORIUM DIRECTOR TIFFANY EVANS HAS IMPLEMENTED AN ONLINE STREAMING SYSTEM TO GET THE PROGRAMS AND SHOWS OUT TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE. IT WAS VERY POPULAR, BUT AS THE PANDEMIC SETTLED DOWN, MORE AND MORE PEOPLE HAVE COME IN PERSON, ALLOWING A WIDER VARIETY OF PROGRAMMING.
