WITH THE GENERAL ELECTION COMING UP IN JUST A FEW WEEKS, THE FRANKLIN COUNTY CLERK’S OFFICE IS BUSY. THEY HAVE TO HIRE THE 85 PLUS POLL WORKERS THAT IT TAKES TO RUN A SMOOTH ELECTION IN THE COUNTY. CLERK JANET PADDOCK SAYS THEY HAVE TO BE TRAINED ALSO.
