SEPTEMBER WAS ACTUALLY 11.2% OVER A YEAR AGO. IT WAS THE FIRST DECREASE SINCE JUNE OF 2021. THE DECLINE WAS HELPED BY LOWER PRICES FOR BEEF, EGGS AND MILK.
