UNDER THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT, TRACTOR SUPPLY IS PURCHASING 166 ORSCHELN STORES FOR ABOUT $320 MILLION IN AN ALL CASH TRANSACTION. TRACTOR SUPPLY COMPANY IS THE LARGEST RURAL LIFESTYLE RETAILER IN THE UNITED STATES. TRACTOR SUPPLY WILL DIVEST 85 OF THE ACQUIRED LOCATIONS TO TWO BUYERS, BOMGAARS SUPPLY, WITH 73 AND BUCHEIT ENTERPRISES WITH 12 STORES. OVER THE COURSE OF THE NEXT 15 MONTHS, THE 81 STORES RETAINED BY TRACTOR SUPPLY, INCLUDE THE STORES IN OTTAWA, GARNETT AND 14 OTHERS IN KANSAS. THE STORES IN LAWRENCE, LOUISBURG, GARDNER AND 17 OTHERS WILL BECOME BOMGAARS.
