Veterans’ Day is getting closer, and as usual there will be several activities in Ottawa to mark the event……….Franklin County Commission Chair, Roy Dunn says there could be something new this year.
If you’ve driven down Main Street, you’ve noticed the flags in place to honor veterans. By City Park, you may have noticed it’s full of displays about Veteran’s Day. Fields of crosses, poppy fields, military vehicle displays and much more. Stop by and see it and learn more. The parade will take place Saturday morning at 10:45. The official Veterans Day is November 11th.
