The Ottawa Planning Commission had its first look at the new updated Capital Improvement Plan during the Commission Study Session, Finance Director, Melanie Landis, said in the future, she hopes to get reviews of the plan early each year.
Landis says just because a certain project is on the list, is no guarantee it will be completed.
