The first concrete step toward a new Ottawa swimming pool has been taken………the City Commission has approved what is called a Request for Proposals…City Manager, Richard Nienstedt, says it’s the start of a long journey.
The need for a new swimming pool has been discussed by City Commissioners for a number of years……and now it looks like a long-sought dream may come to fruition.
