The Franklin County Public Works Department is trying to decide whether to continue using corrugated metal culverts………or convert to a new type of plastic culvert. Public works director David Lee says it’s kind of perplexing.
Lee says he is purchasing some corrugated metal pipe and some of the plastic pipe to do a comparison of the materials.
