The Ottawa City Commission will hold it’s weekly Study Session this afternoon, Monday, November 7th, and one item on the agenda is an initial discussion about the possibility of a water rate hike. City Manager, Richard Nienstedt, says water rates have not gone up in several years:
Other items on the agenda include a discussion about changing the boundaries of the neighborhood revitalization program. The study will be held at 4:00 this afternoon at City Hall. It is open to the public and will be live streamed on the City of Ottawa’s facebook page.
