With all ballots counted, that man is Mark Locke, who received 382 votes edging Justin Thompson who received 363 votes and Troy Armstrong with 225 votes. Locke will begin his service in January. He also wants to attract new business and industry, but, be careful on what incentives are offered, without big tax or utility abatements. He wants the city to plan well for it’s future and be proactive, not reactive.
