A big day coming tomorrow at Ottawa High School. They are hosting the Franklin County Career Day. The event brings together juniors and seniors from all the Franklin County high schools to present careers that are available right here in Franklin County. OHS Principal Kelly Whitaker the three main topics the students will hear about.
Ottawa University Campus President Dr. Reggies Wenyika will give an opening speech about leadership to start the day off. The goal is to bring an understanding that you don’t have to move away to find a good paying job. There are many right here in Franklin County and the more people we have staying here, the bigger our workforce is.
