The Ottawa Blessing Box Foundation will hold it’s 4th Annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner Thursday at the Ottawa Memorial Auditorium. Blessing Box Director, Julie Riggins, who is also the owner of the Goat Milk Soap Store says she and her husband Joe made a commitment about opening a store:
