Reports of a possible wind farm not far from Pomona is causing a stir….at the Regular Franklin County Commission meeting, Commission Chair, Roy Dunn had a question for Planning Director Kenny Cook.
Cook says as far as he knows, County Moratoriums or bans so far have not been challenged.
