The more time that passes since Franklin County closed the Juvenile Detention Center….the better it looks. That’s the message from County Administrator, Derek Brown. Brown says a recent report by a Juvenile Justice Oversight Committee is quite revealing:
Brown has also noted that so far, the estimated cost savings from the JDC closure is right on track as well.
