There were some tense moments at the Franklin County Transfer Station Thursday, December 8th. During the County Commission Study Session, Noxious Weeds Director, Pat Campbell explained that chemicals became combined and caused quite a scene.
Campbell says emergency first responders were called and successfully dealt with the situation…..aside from a few minor breathing issues, no serious injuries were reported.
