There have been a few slight changes in rules regarding Ottawa cemeteries as a result of various discussions over the last year or more. During the Regular Ottawa City Commission Study Session, Public Works Director, Dennis Tharp says he and his cemetery staff are doing some heart-searching.
One of the revisions allows decorations to stay on the monument indefinitely.
