It looks like a proposed solar project that has been under consideration for a year or more is going nowhere fast. During a review of the project at the Ottawa City Commission Study Session, Mayor Eric Crowley says he never was enthusiastic about the project.
The Commission decided to table the project for the time being and see how the energy market fares in the near future. In other news, the Commission also approved a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Fitness Campaign LP for a fitness court in Kanza Park.
