With Christmas just days away, many of us have family members with diminishing mental abilities, whether it be dementia or alzheimer’s, it’s important to include them in holiday celebrations, but be prepared for their role to change. Heart of America Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, Katherine Rivard, says it’s important not to overwhelm:
